Billy was amazing from the first interaction, he knows the area extremely well, was honest, transparent, and dilligent. Where Billy was truly amazing was in the pre-sales process. He walked through the house with us an gave us a clear list of items that needed improving, touching-up, and changing. He was really thoughtful on how to best present the house without spending money unnecesarily. Billy during the sales process kept me informed at all points (the good and the bad).
