Billy Chang handled the sale of my property which was auctioned in September, 2016. He was able to attract a large number of potential buyers to view the property, the result being that there were five genuine bidders on the auction day. An extremely vigorous auction with competitive bidding meant that the property sole significantly above the reserve and an excellent result was achieved.
