Billy, and his colleague Jack Liu, actually got all quotes and managed the works for me. New flooring and painted throughout, gutters cleaned, garden groomed, etc. They did it all. I gave them carte blanche to do what they considered necessary, but they spent my money carefully, as if it were their own. When you engage Billy or Jack to sell your property, I strongly recommend you follow their advice and give them free reign to get the job done. Owning rental properties has become too expensive and too difficult under the Victorian Labor Government.
