Billy has been such a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and expertise are very assuring and helped made the whole process less overwhelming. His guidance and empathy is very much appreciated especially for a first time seller such as myself, he told me what to look out for and how to prepare the home for inspection, which is very helpful and made the preparation less intimidating. He is respectful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very grateful to have met him and worked with him. I’d give him 10 out of 10!
