Billy has got to be the best realestate agent on the coast. In a hot market where the agents are all about the seller and rarely get back to the buyers as there are so many, Billy went out of his way keep our hopes high and assist us through finding the right property. He is a genuine guy that keeps everyone’s interest in mind, which results in happy faces all round wether you are a buyer or a seller. We highly recommend him for any task.

We were very happy with Billy and Kira as our agents. They worked hard to help us buy a property and also sell our existing home. We would highly recommend Billy and his team!

Billy came on board after we had interviewed 4 recommended estate agents in our area. His relaxed and professional manner plus his recommendations gave him our exclusive agency. Two weeks of show house, straight to auction, which Billy presented, and sold within 10 minutes. What made a significant impression, Billy really cared about us and our expectations, and seemed to create the same relationship with our buyer. Thoroughly and highly recommended.

Billy left a lasting impression when we were purchasing a few years ago so when we decided to recently sell, it was a no brainer. My wife and I purchased our first home through Billy. He made the process so easy it was unbelievable. He took the time to explain aspects of what is required to us so we had a thorough understanding of what was going on. He gave us every chance to ensure we secured the property and ultimately we did. His knowledge of the market was unparalleled, we’ve dealt with a few other agents and couldn’t recommend Billy enough, his honesty and ethics are above all else.
