Due to Covid restrictions within Sydney I was unable to inspect the property as we approached the 11th hr. Following all due diligence and trust I had developed with Billy, for the first time I signed a Contract of Sale prior to inspection. As restrictions eased we met at the property now being unconditional and was more than satisfied with all advice and information Billy had provided.
