Billy seemed to time everything perfectly. He quickly marshalled resources to take advantage of high demand for the house on the Gold Coast over the Christmas/New Year period. Without spending too much on pre-sale improvements to the house, he managed to tidy up the gardens and pool to a respectable level. Unfortunately, there was flooding in the pool due to excessive rainfall over the viewing period. He moved quickly to tidy this up and was able to continue his viewings without much delay. Finally, he skillfully negotiated a selling price that met our needs. The whole process seemed quite simple and easy, and rather stress-free for us. He did an excellent job.
