Don’t listen to the slick sales pitch. Billy will promise you the world to get you to sign up. I wish I’d listened to the negative feedback a friend of a friend had given me. He’ll come to the first open home and then let Paul do the rest of the work. For this you will be charged top dollar for marketing and commission. In the main, I was really disappointed in the type and amount of communication I received along the way. My expectations on price were not discussed except at the first pre-signing meeting. Needless to say I was disappointed in the sales price, as well as in the service I received. Even had my price expectations been met, I would have been let down with the service level. I would recommend looking for a different agent to sell your house in Palm Beach or Elanora.
