We recently purchased a property with Billy Jaz and his team. Billy rated this purchase as in his top 3 of hardest sales to complete. It was a complex sale. The sellers were trying to secure the purchase of a home reliant on our purchase of their home. In our due diligence on the property it was found a few issues needed to be sorted out. This lead to extra stress on our side and I'm sure on the sellers. Billy was fantastic in his communication between us and the sellers, his knowledge of the process was also invaluable. We needed to communicate with a number of professionals, as I'm sure did the sellers. Billy was nothing less than fantastic, his communication skills were always straight forward, honest and in the interest of both parties and there was a lot of communication. We found Billy, who's main roll is to secure the best possible price for the sellers, also had our interests in mind as well, to purchase a property at which we felt was a fair and reasonable price. Which we feel we have achieved. In short Billy was a man of honesty and integrity, his communication skills and the amount of time he took to convey the feelings of the sellers as well as our interests and feelings back to the sellers was second to none. I suppose the best recomenation is, when we go to sell we will be using Billy and his team. Final note to anyone wishing to sell with Billy, he managed to get us to spend (happily) to the very top end of our budget. We wish the sellers all the best in their move also.
