I have known Nick for many years as a good friend but never had the opportunity to work with him, having said that I have heard many wonderful things about his work such as, diligent, committed to get the best prices for his clients, just to name a few. We also have noticed that the market has gotten alittle quiet due to Christmas and New Years coming up so very few people have attended our open house in the last two weeks leading up to our Auction day which is the 17th December. Given the tight time frame, we are unable to wait until the Auction day, we must get the house sold in within the third week of being on the market in order to settle in time to avoid any penalty occur. As you can imagine how stressful my parents would be, the third week in, on the open day Nick decided not to inform my parents that he has a buyer with the price we wanted but rather to surprise us so he went on to let us prepare for the open house that morning. SOLD within 3 weeks!!!

So took his advice to let him organize my house for auction . Binh Huynh started to work hard in advertisement all over surrounding Suburbs , and kept contact to up dating with number of interested Buyers . I told him that I expected around $ 820,000.00 But , I could not believed when my house sold at $940,000.00 .
