The house we bought was good price and it was negotiable. We still feel that we saved at $50k through negotiation. Binnie was was open and honest in his communication especially negotiations with vendor. The team has worked very hard to make conveyancing very smoothly, all the paper works was done is very short time. They were easily approachable at all times, even after few months of settlement they even helped us to communicate with vendor of the house especially swimming pool operation, broadband issues, solar system.
