Extremely dissatisfied with approach of #1 Agent in Box Hill. Binnie gave positive view before signing the contract and only negative feedback about the market after signing the contract. He did not get enough buyers to see the place and the whole auction ordeal was a joke!! Telling this from experience of seeing 100 auctions in Sydney. We did not even get the bank valuation at sale which is extremely disappointing and put us in a very stressful situation. Would never recommend this agent.
