After months of searching and dissapointment with a 36 pregnant wife in tow. Called Binnie regarding a property on Monday 9PM, he arranged the open home on Tuesday 5:30PM. Loved the place, put an offer down and bought the house by mid-Wednesday. If this isn't the definition of speed in the industry I don't know what is. Follow up the weeks after were great. Binnie kept us updated about the sellers situation, which allowed us to organise a settlement date 2 weeks earlier than usual. The result? We moved in on settlement date and my wife had her baby the day after. I think we won 2021.
