First of all thanks to Bobby Handa, the house that we bought was not in the shortlisted for inspection but he assessed and redirected based on our buying capacity, it was great than what we shortlisted. We had an intend to buy another property before but he suggested the risk around, upon further assessment it became true so we proceeded with Bobby's recommended house, Binnie and his team were excellent throughout supporting the contract exchange and always available to help without delays.
