Natalie was the agent for a home that I recently bought, she was very professional, friendly and efficient. Natalie and Leya (Natalie's PA) were always quick to respond to my email or phone queries and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests such as arranging for access to the house pre-settlement to do measurements for furniture and arranging for the sellers to demonstrate how the reticulation works. I believe Natalie may have been instrumental in how the house was presented for sale (the sellers did a great job), it was so clean, refreshing and inviting that it basically sold itself when I walked in the door.
