We used to see Bjorn's flyers in our area years ago - his sales record for our suburb was exceptional, he seemed to be able to see the potential of our suburb before it hit it's peak. When we decided to sell, we wanted advice before preparing our house for sale. Bjorn came over and he talked us though various strategies but with no pushy sales pitch. We chose to renovate our home to complete some upgrades we'd done previously, and renew some aspects that age had started to show (paint, flooring) but following some advice we'd asked Bjorn for on styling. We finally got back to Bjorn months later, and within a week of the sign going up (& under 2 weeks since we signed our sales agreement) we had bypassed an Auction, got an awesome price and sold to lovely people (cash buyers too!).
