I spoke to Bjorn and within in no time he was around to give a valuation which seemed very realisable based on the background research I had been doing. within the first week and before officially on the market he had an interested party and after initial inspection by the interested party he was able to negotiate a suitable agreement for both parties concerned and a contract for sale was signed.
