Frankly, our initial thoughts were that Nick may not have the experience and maturity to successfully market our unique home that we designed and build ourselves some 35 years ago. We then interviewed five high profile local Agents (including Nick Clarke from PRD again). With the exception of Nick, none thought the property would sell in excess of $500,000. Some even said the absolute best price would be around $485-490,000 tops. The decision to engaged Nick Clarke from PRD was easy as he was streets ahead with his intitiative and marketing ideas. In only 12 days and one open house Nick closed a sale for $530,000, well in excess than even we thought the property was worth in the current market. In summary, despite his youth we reckon Nick Clarke has the motivation and professional future to achieve higher results than most vendors would expect.
