This is my 2nd experience with Nick Clarke. I had him for the sale of my mother's home in East Maitland 5 years ago & was very impressed with his communication & knowledge of the current market value of homes in that area. Now this time around we are selling a relatives property due to handling his Estate as his trustees. I decided I’d sell my investment property as it was.. Nick advised me in the end to take the property off the market .. He felt the house was worth a lot more then vendors were offering After a few repairs over a couple of weeks .. the house sold for $50,000 more then the original offer .. This is the second house Nick Clarke has supported me through a house sale.. He thinks outside the square . He never stops thinking what is the best outcome for his clients..
