Nick and his team managed our land sale at Sophia Waters (Chisholm). We initially chose Nick as he was recommending a sales price that was 10% higher than being suggested by other agents. Nick was also willing to provide us with a fee package better than the other agents. Nick and his team achieved their suggested price. Nicks team put together a sales plan and gave us the opportunity to comment and suggest improvements which they incorporated.
