From the first conversation over the phone I had with Nick I just felt comfortable and got the feeling that he would do a great job in selling our house. He had done his homework and knew quite a bit about our house before coming to chat to us. He was always well presented, easy to talk to and gave honest and informed opinions about our house, what it was worth, what needed to be done and what didn't need doing to present it in the best possible light for sale. Yes I was concerned that Nick has a lot of houses he is responsible for, but don't worry he and his team keep on top of all the situations. What he didn't tell me was that he was actually away on vacation at the time, which just shows you his commitment to the seller. He negotiated hard which got us the price that we were happy with. He then steered us through some tricky questions and requests during the cooling off, always remaining calm and level headed, ensuring our best interests were looked after.
