From the first conversation over the phone I had with Nick I just felt comfortable and got the feeling that he would do a great job in selling our house. He had done his homework and knew quite a bit about our house before coming to chat to us. We contacted Nick to sell our property as we had previously purchased a property through him. Nick attended our initial meeting with all the information he could to assist us in our decision. Because of this we signed our marketing agreement at that meeting and went to sale at the as soon as it was possible. Nick assisted with staging companies to stage the property. We went live on market on a Wednesday with an open house on Saturday, we were advised that in excess of 20 parties went through the property with offers at the open house, Nick negotiated well on our behalf and we secured a negotiated sale by COB Wednesday. So a Sale in 1 week - excellent result and to add to the experience Nick managed to negotiate a sale price well above the estimated range.
