Nick was very helpful n attentive, thus the sale of my house

Nick is a goer. He follows up quickly and when he doesn't have an immediate answer, which is rare, he gets back to you smartly with a response. He's super knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. He's also very personable. I find it easy to see how he has been recognised in the industry and has an extensive list of accolades. I'd certainly contact him again whether buying or selling. He definitely chases the best price and gives great service.

Nick was very professional, friendly and polite throughout the whole sale. Great bubbly personality. He rang weekly with updates and more often if needed. Nick Clarke is a very professional salesman with great belief in his and his teams abilities. He treats his customers with great respect and listens to how they feel about the sale. His research for the area is spot on and his recommendation of the method of sale is also spot on. He is also very realistic with his price guide. After sitting on the market, (with another agent), for 7 months with very little effort from that particular agent. We then pulled the property back off for a couple of months and after a recommendation, (from our solicitor daughter), we engaged Nick and his team. 4 weeks later where're sold.
