Right from our initial meeting with Nick we were impressed with his knowledge of the Real Estate market and his communication skills. Nick made a number of promises to us at that meeting and he met each promise with outstanding customer service. He was always available for us to speak to him and even made some important calls to us well after close of business hours. He made sure he was involved in every single step of this sometimes stressful process which culminated in the sale of our home at the right price in a reasonably short period of time. At the start of the sale process of my house, I made contact with about 5 different agencies. All told me what I wanted to hear, some gave me typical "SALE" talk and some just did not give me a comfortable feeling. When I met Nick, my initial thoughts were ,"this bloke is to young...". That weekend I had to decide which agent I was going to use, and out of all the agents I saw that week, despite Nick's age- I felt more comfortable with Nick as a person, and I also felt that he knew the market better. However, the one thing that really stood out for me was Nick's enthusiasm and energy. This man made me feel as if I was his one and only customer! Throughout the entire process, Nick got things done so quickly it blew my mind. At times, I felt like Nick was waiting for me and that I was the one holding the process up. I would receive correspondence and updates from Nick on a DAILY basis. Sometimes as light as 23:00 and as early as 06:00 . This indicated to me that he was prepared to put in what was necessary to get the job done. Above his commitment and attitude and energy, the other aspect that was important to me was what he could sell my house for. I was very impressed that Nick even managed to sell my house for more than I thought he could. I would recommend Nick to anyone and really hope this review reaches enough people . We can't say enough good things about our experience with Nick Clarke. His communication was above excellent and we were informed at every stage of the selling process. Nick took instructions well and always followed through with our wishes regarding price and open for inspections. But it is his ability to negotiate that truly won us over. We had an amazing result and I don't think this would have been possible with any other agent.

We have bought and sold a number of homes with good results but this sale was our best result. Nick gave us good advice on the sale process. I knew immediately that we would get on well. His price range was spot on but the final sale price was even better than we expected. The house was as good as sold on the first day and all over within a few weeks.
