Found agency very helpful and timely in their responses. Only negative, if you can call it one, is that usually met with the assistant for inspections etc but he was very professional, pleasant and informative. I understand it was a very busy time and the house was a "lower price purchase" but I was not given the impression I was less valued as a customer. Will consider any further business with this agent.
