We have just sold and bought through Nick and I could not be happier with the outcome. On our sale we had a fantastic response and we had accepted an offer within 2 weeks of going on the market. With the purchase of our new home things were a little more complicated but Nick was on top of it the whole time and we have managed to arrange settlement of both properties on the same day and before Christmas. Found agency very helpful and timely in their responses. Only negative, if you can call it one, is that usually met with the assistant for inspections etc but he was very professional, pleasant and informative. I understand it was a very busy time and the house was a "lower price purchase" but I was not given the impression I was less valued as a customer. Will consider any further business with this agent.
