We purchased a unit as an investment property. Nicky was very personable and always responded to any messages and questions we left for her promptly. Through out the process she showed professionalism, honesty, kindness, patience, compassion and empathy for both us and the vendor. Nothing was to much of an ask. She went above what was required of her and even assisted a tenant to find alternative accommodation. All parties were kept in the loop about what was happening and she was able to refer us to other quality services when we asked. (building inspectors, conveying services etc).
