Nicky Barker recently sold my elderly mother's house in Gawler South during the most difficult times of Covid-19. Nicky firstly attended the house and met with the family and did a very comprehensive study of the property. She had already reviewed recent sales data for the area. She then gave us her opinion of the estimated sale value for the property together with details of the expected sales costs including commission, advertising costs and settlements costs.
