Nico;e's communication was very clear and frequent. We did appreciate her calm confidence and positivity. She seemed to be genuine in her care for us. Our move was easier as a result of her support and understanding.

Thank you Nicole Chris and the team at bragg for all your help and guidelines from the first day till the settlement of my property... very professional and friendly team. Thank you again for your fantastic service...

Nicole was great right from our very first meeting. We are first home buyers, and Nicole helped with everything we asked (which was lots, as we were new to buying). Follow up service was excellent. Nicole was genuinely happy for us getting our home, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. We highly recommend Nicole as an agent, and would not hesitate to use her again.

We recently sold our house with Nicole and were extremely happy with the entire process. Nicole was professional, honest and supportive and we would definitely engage her services again.

We had a positive experience buying our home from Nicole, she was readily available to answer any (or many) questions and accommodated any viewings and extra visits to the property when required. I would recommend Bragg real estate to my family and friends

Nicole and her team were fabulous! Always responsive and professional Nicole made the process of selling our house seamless and stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bragg Realty or call Nicole when buying or selling.

Nicole was an awesome agent .very experienced she was cool calm and collected highly recommend her for any buying or selling of property . Thanks Nicole.

Nicole Bragg worked on the sale of my mothers house , The sale took a while as Townsville went through its very own natural disaster last year. However due to connection and i believe respect in the industry Nicole got us well above what mum was prepared to settle for. Strongly recommend if you like an honest on the ball real estate agent choose Nicole Bragg.

We bought through Nicole. She was not only professional and personable, but available to answer all our questions even late in the evening! This gave us peace of mind. Nicole never made us feel that we were just a 'sale' but showed genuine interest in us purchasing the property we really wanted. We highly recommend her.

We had a few other Agents turn up to give us their thoughts on selling our house. Nobody else came as prepared as Nicole Bragg. She had everything about the area relevant to the sale of our house. Her Professionalism stood out above all others. Her personality was also above the others. Same with her staff who we also dealt with. We would not hesitate to recommend Bragg Real Estate and Nicole Bragg to any people selling or buying a property.

Due to location and a terrible driveway, our house was difficult to sell. Nicole and her team worked tirelessly during the listing period and eventually found us a purchaser willing to pay our price. The building and pest report was very pedantic and Nicole negotiated with the purchasers a repair list. She also provided a list of repair men for us to use. There were also legal issues to be resolved before settlement and Nicole also helped us through these. This is the second time we have used Nicole’s agency. Having dealt with many Cairns agencies both professional and personal We have found Bragg Real Estate to be by far the best.

Nicole contacted us on listing this property saying it would suite us and our life style. We liked it and through Nicole negotiated a purchase price. There was a three week gap between settlement of our sale and this purchase and Nicole found us cheap secure storage for our furniture. After three months we still love it. This is the third time we have used Nicole’s services and their professionalism and work ethic are amazing.
