We had a wonderful experience with Nicole, Chris and Georgie, with our house going under contract in ten days. This was a fantastic result for us. Nicole's marketing in all forums certainly made a difference, with the amazing result of quick sale and sold for well over area values. Nicole and her team were helpful, honest and professional at all times. We highly recommend Bragg Real Estate for buying and selling of real estate in this area.

Nicole was positive and tenacious, always searching for just the right buyer. Mine was not an easy property to sell, but her communication and willing to discuss the market was great. She was always available to talk to me, keeping me reassured that we would find a buyer at the right price.... which she did!

Nicole and her team are hands down the best Agents in the Cairns area. At a time in my life that was very stressful and heart breaking, Nicole made everything as easy as it possibly could be and I will be forever grateful for her. She managed to get an excellent offer on my home within 4 days of it being on the market. If you are looking for someone to trust and execute a sale, look no further, she is the best in the business!

Nicole and the Bragg Real Estate team have been wonderful with the purchase of my latest rental property. I have been involved with Nicole and her team over the last couple of years in both buying and selling with resounding results and professional service from start to finish. Quite refreshing to get good old fashion service instead of being treated like a number to make commission. Well done! Keep up the great work.

I had the privilege of using Nicole to both buy my house, and 3 years later to sell it. I found both experiences pleasant with minimal stress associated, and when she sold the house, it was quick, and for a higher price than I expected. During the process she and her team communicated with me regularly. I chose to go with her as she had good market knowledge, used useful advertising, and most of all I felt I could trust her, which was so important when dealing with my most expensive asset. (I was going to say most valuable, but that's my daughter)

Hi Nicole, Thank you for your awesome help in purchasing our cottage. We are very happy with our new home. Thank you again.

Excellent service from Nicole and her team.

I am very grateful to Nicole & her team for their efficient & professional service and advice. I highly recommend contacting her for all your property needs. I can not thank you enough for all your help in moving on.

It is a pleasure to have Nicole involved in our purchase of the property. She was balanced with both side, easily understood with excellent communication skills. We would highly recommend her for any seller or buyer.

We were moving from Melbourne to Cairns and looking for the perfect home to start our new adventures from when we met Nicole who was more than helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. We found our new home and right from the start to the end Nicole was there to help us with any questions, even after we settled and moved in.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would. My property sat on the market with another agent for over 12 months with virtually no interest. As soon as I moved to Nicole Bragg she and her team put everything into Marketing and recommending my property and within 3 months had more interest than I could have ever imagined. From finding a buyer to massaging the contract and ensuring everyone was happy, Nicole and her team covered it all. If you are selling a house you would be crazy not to engage Nicole Bragg and her team.

Nicole Bragg is a friendly agent who is proficient in all aspects of realestate. She makes the stressful situation of selling a house a more enjoyable experience due to her professional acumen. Nicole's knowledge of the local market is impressive and she achieved an extraordinary sale on my family home. I would highly recommend Nicole Bragg and her team to anyone who is looking to sell their home and achieve an exceptional result whilst cultivating an agreeable experience.
