I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Nicole Bragg I found her well informed & aware Of the real estate profile in her area. Her advise on preparing our property, advertising, and the timing and number of open homes was invaluable. I would recommend Nicole for and real estate representation.

Nicole Bragg Real Estate is highly recommended to anyone. She was very professional and with high knowledge about selling homes. She was very considerate towards our decisions and took it aboard. In the end it all ended with satisfaction.

Nicole was a friendly agent to deal with and her subject matter knowledge and negotiation displayed was very helpful. I'm happy to recommend Nicole to other potential buyers and hope to deal with her in the future when i look at renting out my property.

Nicole never stopped, I left the property in her hands maintenance, lawns, painting, selling and she did it all. Couldn't have picked a better agent.

I have nothing but praise for Nicole and all the hard work she did in our behalf. We worked hard to prepare our home for sale and Nicole was with us all the way. We had approached her before we were ready to sell and she helped us by letting us know the market for our area. She kept in touch with us during our readying our home for market. We signed with her on Wednesday, Had an open house on Saturday and had a contract in place Thursday. It would seem it was an easy sale for her but I know she worked hard behind the scene. I am very thankful for her knowledge and hard work. Not only did it sell quickly but we got the price we wanted.

Bragg Real Estate is a fantastic agent and i will continue to use them as my agent in the future.

I could not fault the service provided to us by Nicole Bragg. When we explained what we were looking for Nicole knew exactly which house was for us. It was a pleasure to deal with Nicole throughout the whole process. Thank you Nicole for helping us purchase our first home!

We were recommended by friends who said she was amassing in job she done selling there home. We found Nichole to very professional and very honest she sold our home with in days. We have asked Nicole to look after our investment property which is currently up for lease, we would highly recommend her and her company Bragg Reality.

We highly recommend Nicole. Our home sold in the very first open home, we belive this was a direct result of Nicole's knowledge of the real estate industry, we received great advice from Nicole, for presentation of the house all the way through to entering the market at a realistic price range. We have sold two homes with Nicole and would not hesitate to sell with her and her fabulous team again.
