We bought a house from Nicole Bragg Real Estate and subsequently sold a house with Nicole Bragg Real Estate. Though we are definitely not planning on selling or buying in the near future we would go Nicole's way again. Nicole is very approachable and helpful. We would recommend Nicole to family and friends.
Nicole Bragg works with both vendor and buyer to achieve a win win for all. Nicole achieved a sale in a very short amount of time for us and a decent and fair price.
We are really happy with the property deal we struck with you and the uncomplicated and easy manners it was executed, therefore the house was ready to move in straight after settlement. The only negative thing I want to mention is the warranty papers for the floor covering in the house we never received. Those had been promised to you by the seller, but you said you never received them. I defenitely would recommend Nicole Bragg.
Nicole presented herself as a thorough professional who provided continual communication and feedback as to the progress of the sale negotiations. The whole process was made a lot less painful and relatively stress free as a result.
We were extremely happy with Nicole, she achieved thousands over the 2 other agents we had appraise our rental property. I have sold many times this has been my best real estate selling experience.
We found Nicole Bragg to be excellent. She was thorough, respectful and always available to answer any queries we had.
Nicole was upfront, honest and loyal from the start. She really cares about her clients and wants to get them what they need and not what others want. I loved working with her and even when I felt I could not achieve what I wanted she always propped me up and gave me strength. In end I was happy with the outcome and Nicole and her team did a fabulous job and I highly recommend Bragg Real Estate.
Nicole Bragg was extremely helpful with the purchase of our block of land. Could not fault in anyway and would definitely recommend to anyone selling or buying property in the Cairns area.
Nicole made selling our house a hassle free and and enjoyable experience. Her vast knowledge of the current realestate market and suburbs sales made selling our house a very quick and easy task. Our house was for sale for less than 24hours before Nicole sealed the deal for nothing less than what we were chasing. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to sell and buy a property. We have sold 2 and purchased 1 house through Nicole and will continue to use her expertise for any of our future investments. 10 out of 10!!!
Nicole was a fantastic real estate agent, very friendly and helpful . We love our new home, thank you again
