We had an investment property in Wellington Point that my husband and I had agreed to sell late in 2015. Our rental agent suggested Nyree Ewings as she was familiar with Wellington Point and has had many successful results in the area. A few days later after making contact with Nyree she was at our door to discuss the intended sale of our rental property. As the property was still rented at the time she did not hesitate to arrange with the tenants a sensible and suitable time for open inspections. She took on board feedback from potential buyers during open days and quickly forwarded the information on to us. Nyree encouraged buyers from other properties she was showing on the same day to come and inspect our property too.....just for comparison.
