I was fortunate enough to place a rental property that I was selling with Nyree Ewings. Nyree advised me of the price she felt that my rental property could achieve in the market at the time. I was somewhat uncertain of the value that Nyree suggested, but was pleasantly surprised when Nyree achieved a sale very close to what she suggested the house could achieve. She certainly demonstrated that she had very good knowledge of the market. In addition to achieving a price well beyond my expectations, Nyree ensured the process of settlement went very smoothly.
