Blair seemed to me like a straight up guy who readily gave honest answers and even provided a realistic indication of what would realistically have a good chance of buying the property, while still keeping his vendor's best interests in mind. In the end we were able to very quickly make a mutually satisfying deal. He helped make a very stressful process relatively stress free.
