David is the ultimate professional and was always going to be the first choice to divest my property based on his expertise and long-term local experience. The sale process took place during extremely challenging market circumstances and right throughout David remained proactive and positive exploring options to achieve a successful outcome. We finally got there and I'm very grateful for all of David's efforts.

From my first meeting with David I knew he was the agent for me. I could tell he was a true salesperson and wasn't just going advertise and run open houses and hope that someone would buy, he would sell the benefits to potential buyers. He has a very open communication style and sets the expectations from the very first meeting. He did not over value my property just to secure the listing he gave me what he thought was the price range based on his sound knowledge of the local market. He also gave great advice on the things I could do to improve the look of the unit to attract buyers and get the best possible price. All of which did help for the unit to be sold within 3 weeks of listing and getting a price at the top end of the price range. I think it is also important to note at this point David has a great team behind him to help with things such as marketing and getting the property ready for sale. Christina (who is excellent) coordinated all the tradespeople required to get the property looking it's best. The first offer after the very first open house was a good offer but David made it clear he could get more. He obviously used great negotiation skills to get the offer moved up a further 2 times by getting a second person interested after the second open house. I was very happy with the final sale price. David spoke to me after every open house to let me know his thoughts and his next steps and gave me as much time as needed to ask questions. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, but I must say this has been the most hassle free and enjoyable experience to date.
