We purchased an investment property in Southport Qld in early 2008 and since then, we have used PRD Southport as the managing agents. We sold it in mid 2016. From the very beginning we found ALL the staff at PRD Southport to be highly professional in the way they managed our property, the timely notification of rental income and/or any issues that arose. They also contacted the Body Corp on our behalf to discuss issues we had and kept us informed at all times. Having recently sold the unit through PRD, we really appreciated the professional manner in which Blake Adam went about the business setting up the the property ready for sale. We had a couple of buyers interested fairly quickly and Blake kept us informed at every stage of the process (sometimes several calls a day) until agreement was reached between buyer/seller. I bought my unit in 2010 from PRD Nationwide and in 2013 I decided to make it a rental which is when i first met Blake while he was in the Rental department, and after he switched to Sales I then sold the unit with Blake in 2016. Blake has always been very professional, easy to communicate with and very honest. Blake made the process of both rental and then sale of the unit a very easy and pleasant business.
