This was unfortunately a very difficult sale for Blake due to property settlement & my ex making things very difficult, Blake took this all in his stride. I chose Blake as he was not the "typical" sales agent. He wanted the best for both vendor & buyer. I could not fault Blake, he treated me as a friend. I couldn't ask for better.

Blake worked with us in the months leading up to going to market. He was able to advise us of what improvements to make to the property for maximum impact at minimum cost. Blake knows the local market and predicted a sales price accurately. His communication with us and our conveyancer was excellent. He was also caring of our tenant during the sales process. Highly recommended.

He is the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. He is always helpful and provide communication/follow up very promptly. Whatever he promises to do, he will update me. I have contacted him few times in odd hours and also when he is off work, he is still willing to assist me and never complain or sound very annoying on the phone. Great up front agent easy to deal with

Blake was great in the process of our purchase of new home. He was always available and very helpful all through. I am very grateful that it was a smooth sailing process and Blake was the leader of it.

First National was recommended to us, so we gave them an opportunity and they did not fail us. Our recent sale was a challenge, the tenants would not co-operate, on advice we put a hold on selling the property but within weeks the tenants vacated, Blake then sold the house 2 days after they vacated having to cancel the open home. We have recommended First National to our friends and they have also had success with a quick sale.
