It was a pleasure to work with Blasi Mulholland throughout the recent purchase of my house in Castlemaine. As this was the first time I had bought a property, and I was doing so in difficult circumstances, I lacked confidence. Blasi was always warmly encouraging. Over the year preceding, I looked over a number of houses with her, so by the time I was ready to buy she we had established a good relationship, and she had a good understanding of what I was looking for. Throughout the negotiating process I found her to be calm and professional, and always responsive to my questions and concerns, for which I was very grateful. As a first-time home buyer, I felt I had an ally in Blasi and would have no hesitation in recommending her. I am delighted with my new home!
