We went through a lot of agencies when we decided to sell our home. Prior to this process we did our research and went to a few open for inspection houses within our area. This helped us gain a bit of knowledge on how well an agent performed and took notice of you and what you where after in a house. There were many agencies out there who told you what you wanted to hear, didn't follow up on any questions and showed very little interest. This was not the case with the Barry Plant team and Blayze! We knew we were in safe hands when we met Blayze, he is genuine and will tell you straight up what he thinks, which honestly is a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many other agents out there. He showed compassion and interest in not just our home but to my wife and I (it's the little things along the way that count. Early on prior to selling he bought us a bottle of wine to say congratulations on getting married, this was not prompted in any way, he just remembered from a conversation we had when we had our home valued by him). He was very tentative to our needs, would always update us almost every day with how the campaign was going, who went through the house and their thoughts. Blayze went over and above to what he was required and we couldn't have been more appreciative to him and his staff for taking such good care of our home. We couldn't recommend him and the Barry Plant team enough.
