Great communication and really took the time to explain every detail to us (great being first home buyers)

This guy came to our home expecting nothing but to give us some advice about a multi dwelling project we were planning. Well he might have expected something but it was going to be a long way down the track. His advice was sound and unlike two other agents he did not once try to cajole us into selling and more importantly , allow him to list the property. As it evolved, the project fell over due to a change in council whims. We decided to sell many weeks after first speaking to Blayze and he was the first agent we thought of. The whole experience was seamless. The deal was sealed within days of listing the property and we made a handsome six figure capital gain having had the house for a little over a year. He did have some help from Michelle in his office, but we believe it was he who did the negotiating for us. And as well he's not a bad bloke - for a sales person. He did actually bribe us with a bottle of Barry Plant wine when the sale was completed.

Nearly 20 yrs ago I worked in the industry, so I knew exactly what I wanted when selling my house. I wanted good communication, motivation and most importantly honesty. Boy did I get all of those and more. Although Blayze doesnt charge the lowest commission in the area, you sure get what you pay for with Blayze plus more. Overall a great result, exceeding initial expectation. Blayze is a good agent with knowledge of the suburbs in which he works. He is happy to give advice and also work with other ideas from the vendor in order to put forward something both can be comfortable with. When it comes to auction day he works the crowd and encourages bids and auction momentum. He is always available when discussion is needed. He is dependable in giving feedback following opens and discussing any change in campaign as needed.
