Bliss has great interpersonal skills, outgoing personality and extensive knowledge of the local market that makes her a great asset to sellers and buyers alike as well as a pleasure to deal with. She brings efficiency and forward planning together with a talented team to provide 5 star service.
Managed to find a buyer within a weekend and helped with getting everything smoothed out for the sale.
Great communication regarding the buying process. I would recommend Bliss to everyone that is looking at selling/buying a house in the Ipswich area.
Bliss went above and beyond to achieve the price we needed to make the next journey in our life a success. She did this through her willingness to help with any issues that arose solving these problems without a fuss. Her contact through the whole sale process was second to none. As soon as there was any changes we were notified immediately. We couldn't recommend Bliss enough to anyone looking to sell your home hassle free and with an agent that creates such a special memory as Bliss. 5 STARS!
Thank you Bliss! Always easy to deal with, and her finger on the pulse, Bliss worked diligently to get the best price for us. I would recommend Bliss to anyone who is selling a property in the Ipswich area, top marks!
Bliss is absolutely the best agent in town..hands down. The sale of our home went smoothly from start to finish thanks to Bliss and her team. The lines of communication were always open and she took the time to fully understand what we wanted out of the sale. And in the end Bliss managed to get us way more than the asking price for our home. I would recommend Bliss to anyone who is thinking of selling
Bliss is very professional in her job, great communication even if its outside of work hours or on the weekend. Bliss made the selling process very easy and stress free. Would highly recommend Bliss to all my friends and family
After searching for a home for months and having poor experiences with other agents, we were extremely impressed by Bliss. As a result, we had a fantastic experience purchasing our first home. Bliss was professional, always available and able to answer all our questions. Her knowledge of the suburb and surrounding areas was really appreciated. I would recommend Bliss to everyone.
We have just sold our first house through bliss, and couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. She was easy going, very knowledgeable, and straight to the point which we loved. A lot of other realestate agents didn’t have the knowledge nor the Intrest. Bliss had mentioned how excited and happy she was to present our house. Which sealed the deal for us. We would recommend bliss to our friends, family and public.
I highly recommend Bliss to anyone thinking of selling. I gave Bliss a tough assignment and not only did she deliver more than expectation, she did it professionally, respectfully and always with a smile. My niche market property was sold in less than a week with multiple offers! Her communication was faultless and I was kept fully informed every step of the way culminating in a seamless settlement process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in engaging Bliss again.
Bliss was extremely helpful and answered any questions in a timely manner. Friendly and easy to deal with.
My wife and I bought through NG and Bliss was the agent. Very professional though easy going happy to answer any questions and find out the information you need.
