Bliss made our first home buying experience as smooth as possible. Bliss was so understanding of how much we loved this home after missing out the first time round and worked with the owners to give us an opportunity in this difficult market to get our dream home! Bliss was extremely patient with us and prompt in getting anything which needed to be done as quick as possible, so that everything stayed on track for settlement. Bliss truly went above and beyond for us. Thank you Bliss!!
What can I say - Bliss is the best of the best! Bliss was amazing after we had a rocky start with another agent. Once we found Bliss she went above and beyond she made us feel comfortable and confident with the whole process. Communication was definitely the key with Bliss. Nothing was too big or too small - we could not recommend Bliss enough. Thank you so much for making our next dream come alive.
Bliss was fantastic to deal through the process of buying plus had good knowledge of local area. Bliss was great with organising the inspection and was later able to connect us with a Building and Pest company plus a Rental Management. Bliss was helpful and responded timely with questions throughout the purchase process. Communication was great plus we were given a "pre do" list to help the process before unconditional which was super handy. Highly recommend Bliss from NGU in property purchases. Happy buyer.
WOW!! What can I say Bliss is simply brilliant at her job, she knows the market so well and gave us a realistic possible outcome, which was totally exceeded. She stays in contact with you through the whole process and will answer any questions you have with the most accurate knowledge. I would happily sell or buy any property with Bliss as you won't be disappointed either way - she looks after all parties involved, she is AMAZING!!
Her name says it all, she has been an absolute 'Bliss' to work with during the purchase of our new home. She is genuinely kind and helpful, has good knowledge of the market, is reliable, always responded to any questions we had promptly and facilitated our purchase in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend Bliss to anyone in the market to Buy or Sell!
