Peter and his team were great to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the neighbourhood and provided valuable advice with options to proceed with the sale. We chose to fix the house up with Peter’s recommended design crew and were thrilled with the outcome. The house cleaned up beautifully and the marketing looked fantastic. The sales campaign went very well. Peter kept us updated on interested parties and the auction was very well attended. Highly recommended.

Overall myself and my family had a smooth, stress-free sale due to Peter. We never felt hassled or stressed during the sale. It was professional and enough communication to understand where the market was sitting. Everything was taken care for us and couldn't recommend Peter and the team enough.

Peter made the process of selling my home simple, easy and far less traumatic that was expected. His guidance, advice and suggestions were supported by facts and demonstrated, recent success. With an open, transparent and refreshingly honest engagement style, Peter and his team (Lauren and Ty) took us through the process, providing professional advice at key times to help progress to a successful outcome. Peter and his team went well beyond what we expected of them and not only sold the property well before Auction, but also at the last minute stepped it up and got a price that was above our expectations at that point. I highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone looking at selling their property as the experience is not only a demonstration of excellence in customer service but of perseverance focused on achieving an outcome that exceeds expectations. That is a rare thing and I congratulate and thank McGrath and the team at Crows Nest.

Peter is amazing ! He is professional and we felt he knew the market inside and out. We were so glad as he recommended we should sell our home when we did. He achieved a result better than we could have ever imagined. He showed complete dedication to our sale and was always available to discuss any questions we had and provide feedback. We would not hesitate in asking Peter to manage any further selling opportunity we may have.

Best agent in town. Attends every single inspections and understands buyer and seller. makes good advices based on the current market trend.

My wife and I expirienced Peter and his team as purchaser and seller. In both occasions there professional handling and absolute integrity impressed us. While selling Peter surpassed our expectations. His deep knowledge of the local market and broad customer base secured a exceptionally good deal in very short time without running a full market campaign. We highly recommend Peter and his team.

Peter and his Team are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of the area and the market are second to none. I highly recommend anyone to engage the Chauncy Team.

Peter is an excellent agent with a very thorough knowledge of Naremburn in particular. He is hardworking, well organised, efficient and honest. During the sales campaign, he regularly provided me with phone updates and detailed email reports. I am very glad I chose him as my agent. Peter obtained an excellent result and was easy to deal with.

Pete knows everything about Naremburn and understands the market really well. From all of Pete's team they did everything they said they would do on time and without fuss, from photos, inspections and advertising. We think the experience Pete displays is the factor that leads to so many sales and made our sale seamless and stressless.

Peter's knowledge of the local area is spot on, he thoroughly knows Naremburn and its surrounds, and was spot on with his advice. His easy going manner makes him so pleasant to deal with and his team were very good too.

I could not fault Peter from the first time I spoke to him on the phone. Always honest, professional and his knowledge of the area was exceptional. I would recommend Peter whether buying or selling.

Peter and Ty provided an amazing service. They sold our property in a week, for a great price, and were incredibly helpful and professional at all times. The only agents you should consider on the lower north shore!
