Pete is a professional. We knew Pete already as he was the agent that originally sold us the property. I believe Pete's strategy worked well in a tough market and even though price was a touch below what we were hoping, I think it was the best price we could have got. Pete is also good at talking both the buyer and seller through little obstacles that come up in between verbal agreement and contract exchange.
