Phil was mine and my daughters superhero when looking for a house. We where in a very horrible situation that i need to get out of as quickly as i could. I had all my family & friends looking out of any houses that came up for sale, however with how the market is at the moment i was losing all hope. I was getting so desperate my mum had put a post on a Facebook page if anyone knew of any real state agents they maybe able to help with our situation. I was even lucky enough to have brought the property off a very caring person who had passed messages on to Phil to pass on to me, which he did with absolute pleasure. Phil also still messages me after everything went through asking how it was all going and if i needed anything at all to contact him as he was happy to help with whatever we needed.
