I have never had an Agent who has had so much attention to detail. Phil will give you selling and staging suggestions. Phil is very easy to do business with. I told him the price I needed and he got it. He is always contactable, even when he is out on a family night out. He definitely works for the seller and I will use him again if I ever sell a home again.

Phil was mine and my daughters superhero when looking for a house. We where in a very horrible situation that i need to get out of as quickly as i could. I had all my family & friends looking out of any houses that came up for sale, however with how the market is at the moment i was losing all hope. I was getting so desperate my mum had put a post on a Facebook page if anyone knew of any real state agents they maybe able to help with our situation. Phil was recommend we had given him a call straight away and he picked up on the first call. My mum explained to him the situation i was in and if he knew of any houses that were available or were coming up. Lucky enough Phil did have a perfect house coming on the market and he allowed us to view it before it had gone on the market. I had put in an offer on the spot as it was everything my daughter and i could of ever dreamed of with all the extra security things you wouldn't find in many homes. He called back that very same night and we managed to secure the property! Through the whole process from the very first phone call to putting an offer in, to every little thing in-between and after he went above and beyond. I was even lucky enough to have brought the property off a very caring person who had passed messages on to Phil to pass on to me, which he did with absolute pleasure. Phil also still messages me after everything went through asking how it was all going and if i needed anything at all to contact him as he was happy to help with whatever we needed.
