If you are looking to sell your home and want the BEST working in your corner get in contact with Phil. Before meeting Phil we had met with a few other estate agents over the years, but Phil was the only one who pulled up a chair at our dining room table to listen to our storey. We were selling our investment property, we are based in Canberra and Phil is in Butler and he went above and beyond to make the property sale as smooth for us as possible. Most importantly to us, he treated the tenants with respect, understanding that with a new baby they were not in a position to keep the property up to its usual standard - he organised gardening and helped the tenant tidy and showed her the respect she deserved having her home sold. Thanks to Phil’s market knowledge and contacts, we did not need to go to market, he found a buyer through his existing contacts, and when they indicated they were buying for an investment, he negotiated keeping our existing excellent tenants in place. At every stage to the sale Phil and his colleague Tiegan kept us up to date with progress of the sale and we were really appreciated the process they had in place to keep us in the loop.
