Phil and his team were brilliant and made the process of buying a place in WA while we were still in NSW a very pleasant experience. Phil had no problem in doing an inspection video for us at a particular property as we were not physically in the area at the time and, when we expressed further interest in the property, he negotiated a day/ time that suited us to look inside the property. In the lead-up to settlement Phil's team provided us with weekly updates regarding cut off dates for the relevent inspections etc and were very quick to answer any questions / concerns we had. Upon settlement we received a lovely gift box and they were very receptive regarding concerns we had with the cleanliness of the house, in particular the oven. Phil immediately organized a cleaner to sort this out. To which we were very grateful. Phil clearly takes pride in the area he lives in and works at and is actively promoting the local businesses, it was refreshing/ beneficial for us to see his fridge magnet had a list of companies with their contact details as opposed to a calender. I could not of been happier with the professionalism, efficiency and decency Phil and his team provided to us, the buyers. I would certainly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the area.
