Phil and his team were brilliant and made the process of buying a place in WA while we were still in NSW a very pleasant experience. Phil had no problem in doing an inspection video for us at a particular property as we were not physically in the area at the time and, when we expressed further interest in the property, he negotiated a day/ time that suited us to look inside the property. In the lead-up to settlement Phil's team provided us with weekly updates regarding cut off dates for the relevent inspections etc and were very quick to answer any questions / concerns we had.
