What can I say about Phil? He is very approachable and friendly. He takes the time to listen to all your questions and has the knowledge and experience to anwser them. He puts in the hard yards to get alot of potential buyers through and in our case, we got a good bit above our asking price with a cash buyer. We discussed our price point, again, with his honest appraisal, then he gave us a list of potential changes and a list of local providers who could help us then gave us time to make our decision. We incorporated all his suggestions (e.g. de clutter, add some plants, in our case, new carpets throughout etc.) We decided as a team to market it at our ideal price point and see how we went. Our home sold after 5 days with no home opens. Within one week of being listed online, it was under offer at our ideal price point.
