This agent he did not disclose to us any of the issues with this house. This house had been on the market and then was under offer then it came back on the market. The issues Firstly Being BLACK MOULD, ANT INFESTATION, UNUSABLE DISHWASHER, OVEN AND STOVE TOP DOESNT COMPLETLY WORK , SPLIT SYSTEM AIR-CON, EVAPORATIVE AIR-CON, The DANGEROUS CRACKED POWER POINT, BOTH TOILETS, POOL BLANKET. It was unprofessional to have the vendors here whilst we attended our final inspection this impacted on us not being able to have a proper look at this house and at the same time the pool man was also here so it was chaos. The day we moved in our removalists became aware of the Black Mould and Ant Infestation. Black Mould in the wardrobe made it impossible for our daughter to even sleep in the room until it was remediated. Wow I was told the night we moved in that the agent was aware of the condition the dishwasher was in. He told me to bleach it and use some CLR . The toilets are still not able to be cleaned properly as the scale is impossible to remove and the cistern the buttons need replacing to work properly. The oven and stove top do not fully work and need replacing. The Solar Pool Blanket is covered in holes, We were prepared for things like fixing laminate, replacing floors and window treatments and fly screens. There are many negative issues. I was also told if I complain I may end up with Fish thrown in my ceiling etc .This is really unfair because we didnt get what we paid for. We have bought and sold 5 houses over the years and never had an agent like this.I have an Auto-Immune Disease and all of this is exabating my symptoms

Phil was proffesional from the time we had a property valuation to selling of the property he advised even on where to stage our furniture me & my husband had seperated and was selling the family home and Phil was understanding of our needs. If there was any criticism it would be that he only rang my ex about things regarding the house not both of us.But I think this was an oversight on his behalf because my ex was still living in the house and I wasn't and Phil was probably unaware of days with us that wasn't amicable. Other than the 1 things Phil & Josh was great,and I will definitely them recommend them 100% and use them again. Brilliant team

Folks if you want to sell your house in the Butler area Phil is your man, he informed us on day one what he thought we should sell for, we thought around that mark as well and it sold for that on the exact amount. The service was impeccable from day one to selling which was only 3 weeks by the way. He suggested to us a list of changes, we made of the 9/10 changes, and wow, sold. Could not have got a better agent, I tried 2 previous agents, not from Remax and nothing happened over a 6 month period. We used to rent our house to them when Remax was in Butler but as they moved to Currumbine we thought they were not local anymore, what a huge mistake on my part, Phil and his offsider Josh know their stuff, inside out Phil is a really polite honest and does not give you any B.S you know where you stand from day one.
